Prof. John Kunich has 16 years of experience in environmental and natural resources law. 13 years of full-time teaching experience at the law school level. He is the author of 7 books, including Betting the Earth: How We Can Still Win the Biggest Gamble of All Time, and a frequent guest on television interview programs. Prof Kunich has twice testified before United States Congressional Committees on matters related to environmental and biodiversity law.
Prof Kunich delivered this eye-opening lecture to the FIU College of Law’s Fed-Soc chapter on March 1, 2011. He thoughtfully analyzed several fundamental questions about climate policy, and criticized relevant-players’ handling of the more important issues relating to global-environmentalism.
